The wine is fermented with wild yeast, successfully aiming to highlight the distinctive characteristics of the Dobrogea terroir. The calcareous soil of the vineyard imparts a distinct note of elegance and minerality, harmonizing perfectly with fruit aromas—particularly lime and gooseberries. It is a balanced wine with pleasant acidity, delicate unctuosity, and a lingering taste of lime and grapefruit.

Recommended Serving Temperature: 7° – 10°C Recommended Pairings: This wine calls for a bold culinary experience. Personally, I would pair it with red tuna, beef, or even a dessert based on walnuts and dark chocolate. - Paul Fulea
