Caii de la Letea - Princeps Rezerva - Aligoté

We take pride in this complex Aligoté, obtained from the grapes of the finest vineyards, with enchanting aromas of flowers, citrus, vanilla, almonds, and expressive minerality. After cold maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it underwent lees stirring and maturation in 225-liter French oak barrels for an additional 6 months. This wine has excellent aging potential.
