Achieved through a maturation period of six months in 225-litre acacia wooden barrels, the wine gains depth and complexity. The delicate unctuosity is a result of meticulous battonage on fine yeast, enhancing the overall texture and finesse of this expressive wine.

The vivacity of this Sauvignon Blanc is balanced by subtle and elegant honey notes, imparted by aging in 225-liter acacia wood barrels for 6 months. The fine lees stirring process provides the wine with delicate smoothness and a sustained aftertaste.
